This project transformed an existing warehouse into a flexible and inviting office for BioForceTech Company a startup focused on recycling and sustainability. The design reimagines the industrial shell with a warm, natural material palette, emphasizing wood finishes to reflect the client’s environmental values and create a welcoming workplace atmosphere.

The layout supports multiple modes of work through a combination of open work areas and enclosed pods for meetings, focused tasks, and small-group collaboration. These pods introduce distinct zones within the open plan while maintaining a cohesive design language throughout the space. By adapting the existing structure and minimizing demolition, the project promotes responsible material use and sustainable construction practices. The result is a functional, adaptable workplace that reflects the client’s mission and provides a unique environment for a growing team.
